Jitterbug has been working as a chemist for the Rhythm Revolution since 2072. Although he has a reputation for being more than a little unstable and hystronic, he's very good at what he does and has been faithful to the rebel cause since he joined. A near-graduate of the New Institute of Science and Technology, Jitterbug excels at things involving science--especially chemistry--and works as a waiter at Peggy's HambARRRGGers under the alias Billy Gerard.
